【香蕉蓝莓干麥芬】

这个蓝莓干香蕉麦芬，简单易做，味道也好，大家可以试试。
用料:
1：熟香蕉1.5根（除掉蕉皮后175克），糖1/3杯+1大匙（87克），1/2杯希腊酸奶（120克）；
2：牛油3大匙（45克）微波熔化，鸡蛋2个；
3：香草香精1茶匙；
4：中筋面粉1又1/3杯（210克），泡打粉1茶匙，苏打粉1/3茶匙；
5：蓝莓干3/4杯（135克）；
6：2大匙糖，2茶匙肉桂粉，拌匀。
以上材料做12个麦芬。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、预热烤箱350F/175摄氏度。将所有1料放入一盆里（图1），用打蛋器（handheld mixer）高速打2-3分钟到蓬松。放入2料牛油和鸡蛋（图2），中速打匀。最后放入1茶匙香草香精（图3）再打匀。
2、所有4料充分混合均匀后，倒入蛋糊里（图4），用橡皮刀拌至还可以看到干面粉的程度（图5）。加入3/4杯蓝莓干（图6）拌匀即可，千万不要过度搅拌（图7）。
3、 将12个纸烤杯放在麦芬烤模里，用勺子将面糊均匀分到纸烤杯里（图8），上面均匀撒上6料的肉桂糖。放入预热至350F/175摄氏的烤箱内，烤22-25分钟左右至麦芬表面微黄，高高鼓起，插入牙签拿出干净即可。
4、 麦芬放入一盒子里冷凉至室温再吃。
