【香烤薯块】

哇，香烤薯块简直太香太好吃啦，谁还会去买烤薯条啊。
用料:
1：中号土豆4个（660克）；
2：橄榄油3大匙，蒜蓉4茶匙，盐1茶匙，黑胡椒1/4茶匙；
3：1/3茶匙干百里香（thyme），1/3茶匙干迷迭香（rosemary ）， 1/3茶匙干牛至（oregano），1/2茶匙辣椒粉（paprika ）。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、预热烤箱至420F/215摄氏度。土豆削掉皮洗净沥水，沿长轴对半切开，然后再剖成3-4长条（图1）。
2、将土豆条及所有2料和3料放入一塑料袋里（图2），封紧塑料袋口，摇晃袋子让土豆条均匀都沾上调味料（图3）。
3、将土豆条放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上（图4），放入预热至420F/215摄氏度的烤箱里，烤30分钟至土豆表面金黄熟透即可，趁热食好美味。
