【圣女果鸡蛋炒虾仁】

在Costco买了盒圣女果，非常新鲜好吃。用它来个鸡蛋炒虾别有风味，值得一试。
用料:
1：冰冻中号白虾30个，盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1/2茶匙；
2：圣女果（樱桃西红柿）20个；
3：鸡蛋3个，盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，水1大匙；
4：牛油果油或橄榄油2大匙，葱花2大匙；
5：头抽酱油1茶匙，黑胡椒1/8茶匙，红糖1/2茶匙;
6：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠洗净，放入一碗里，加所有1料（图1）抓捏1分钟拌匀，静置10分钟。樱桃西红柿洗净一切两半待用（图2）.
2、鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中打散待用。不粘锅加1大匙牛油果油或橄榄油，置炉上开大中火，放入虾仁（图3），炒至7成熟盛出。
3、原锅再加1大匙油，放入1大匙葱花（图4）炒香，然后放入切半的樱桃西红柿及所有5料（图5）炒一分钟，将打散的蛋汁（图6）倒入锅里（图7）。
4、待蛋液底部开始凝固后，放入虾仁，用铲子轻轻翻炒均匀至蛋液刚刚凝固（图8），下1茶匙香油，炒匀就可以盛出入盘子上桌了。
