【干煸花菜】

越来越喜欢用AirGo爱锅来做菜了,干净方便。这次用空气炸锅功能,做了这个干煸花菜,非常好。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。

用料:
1:中式白花菜700克;
2:牛油果油 1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,花椒10粒,辣椒酱1大匙或干辣椒6-8个;
3:盐1/2茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙
4:葱一根。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、花菜洗净切小朵(图1),葱洗净切3厘米段待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”调整温度到420F时间设置10分钟,然后点“Start”预热。锅预热后放入所有2料(图2)和花菜(图3)用勺子拌炒匀,盖上盖子。

3、3分钟后,打开盖子,加所有3料(图5),拌匀再盖上盖,让程序继续进行。到最后2分钟时,打开锅盖,撒上葱段(图6),再翻炒均匀,盖上盖继续炸。
4、程序结束后,即可盛出。
