【无糖葱香蛋糕】

过去时不时的有亲来问，毛毛妈有适合糖尿病人吃的蛋糕吗？虽然过去也做过肉松蛋糕但也没有做到完全无糖。疫情期间看到群里做面包，蛋糕的多起来，但糖吃多了也不好。开发了这款完全无糖还有红葱头的健康蛋糕。整个蛋糕才1/3杯面粉，低卡了，蛋糕湿润绵软，领导大赞，大家也放心吃吧。
用料:
1：低筋面粉（cake & pastry flour）50克（1/3杯), 泡打粉（baking powder）1/3茶匙，用叉子拌匀备用；
2：特大号鸡蛋的蛋白4个，1/2茶匙白醋；
3：特大号鸡蛋的蛋黄4个，牛油果油3大匙（40克），水3大匙（45克）；
4：红葱头2个切碎，牛油果油1大匙；
5：葱4根, 只用绿色部分；
6：腊肠半根（20克）切细丁;
7: ½ 茶匙盐，1/3茶匙鸡粉。
345F 烤33-34分钟。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
