洋葱炒牛柳

用料:
1:牛里脊肉(Eye round),400克,洗净沿纹路切丝备用。
2:小苏打1/3茶匙,水2大匙。
3:万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,生粉1大匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶,菜籽油1大匙。
4:万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1.5大匙,糖1/2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙。
5:菜籽油2大匙。
6:葱2条洗净切段,红洋葱半个120克,洗净切丝。
7:小红辣椒2个,洗净。
做法:
将牛肉丝拌上2料腌发30分钟,然后用水冲洗,沥水后加3料拌匀。炒锅(最好用不粘的)置炉上开大中火,内放菜籽油2大匙,将浆好的牛肉丝放入划散炒至八成熟捞出。原锅留油置炉上开大中火,炒香葱段和洋葱丝,加入所有4料拌炒半分钟后,放入炒好的牛肉丝,翻炒均匀,放下红辣椒炒至牛肉丝熟即起锅装盘。
还真好吃。
