Serves: 5 servings

Ingredients:

1) 3 center cut pork chops (550g);
2) 1.5 tbsp fermented chili soy bean sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground Sichuan pepper, 2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tsp freshly chopped green onion;
3) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce;
4) 1/2 tsp sesame oil ;
5:1 tbsp avocado oil

Directions:
1: Rinse pork chop with cold water and pat dry. Cut off white membrane, cut into 3-4 mm thick, pound the meat with a tenderizer (Picture 1). Place the pork chop inside a plastic bag, add all ingredients in Ingredient 2)-4). Seal the bag and massage the meat for a couple of minutes, side aside for 15 minutes (Picture 2).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Grill” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 10 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, brush the pot with 1 tbsp oil and arrange the pork chop in the pot (Picture 3). Close the lid and let the program continue (Picture 4).

3: When only 3 min. cooking time left, open the lid, turn over (Picture 5). Close the lid and let the program to finish.
4: When the program ends, open the lid and transfer cooked pork chops to serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
