【AirGo之蠔菇鸡蛋】

用料:
1：新鲜有机蠔菇1盒150克；
2：鸡蛋3个，盐1/2茶匙，，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，葱花2大匙，；
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙；
4：盐1/3茶匙，黑胡椒1/6茶匙；
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、蠔菇（图1），水冲洗沥水待用。鸡蛋及所有2料放入一碗中，加所有3-4料（图3）搅拌均匀待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及9分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油，蠔菇，放1/3茶匙盐及1/6茶匙黑胡椒，拌匀（图2），盖上锅盖，让程序继续。
3、程序进行到大半，提醒翻转时，打开盖子，搅拌几下，再倒入鸡蛋液（图4），盖上盖继续。等还有1分钟时，放入5料，搅拌几下（图5），盖上锅盖，让程序进行。
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌，配点米饭吃很棒。
