红曲汁焖鸡

看了小蚊子的红曲酱汁肉馋S个人,家里没有五花肉,烧个鸡腿吧。
用料:
1:鸡腿600克,洗净沥水,斩块。
2:红曲米2大匙用小块纱布包起扎紧。
3:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,水1杯,红糖(Brown Sugar)2大匙,八角一粒,桂皮一小块,丁香2粒,盐1/3茶匙。
4:橄榄油1大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜片3片。
做法:
不沾锅放油1大匙,置炉上开大火,放入葱段,姜片和鸡块炒出香味,放入调料3和4料煮滚,调小火焖煮30分钟。开大中火收汁即可出锅。
