葱油黄豆芽

用料:
1:黄豆芽500克,洗净备用。
2:盐1/2茶匙,鸡精1/3 茶匙,糖1茶匙,镇江香醋2茶匙,老干妈辣椒酱1茶匙,香油1茶匙。
3:橄榄油2茶匙,葱花2茶匙。
做法:
小锅里烧开水,放1料煮20分钟后,淋凉水沥水备用。炒锅置炉上开中火,内放2茶匙橄榄油,放入葱花炒香后,离火。加2料和煮好的黄豆芽,拌匀即可食用。
