【蒜花薄饼】

如果能买到蒜苗就用买的, 我是自己把蒜瓣放水里养出的蒜苗. 这个饼简单易做, 有一定的张力不容易破,可以当春饼包菜吃, 也可以单独当早餐也是非常好吃了.
用料:
1：鸡蛋1个, 水3/4 杯;
2：盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒1/4茶匙；
3: 中筋面粉1/4杯+2大匙(100克);
4：新鲜蒜苗10克；
5：牛油果油 或其他素油4茶匙, 用来煎饼.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 蒜苗洗净切细末（图1）. 将1料的鸡蛋和水放一盆里打三拌匀（图2）.
2、放入2-3料（图3），充分搅拌均匀. 然后放入蒜花再搅拌均匀（图4）。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火，放1茶匙油（图5），然后用纸巾把又油涂匀（图6）.
4、锅热后，放入1/3的面糊，迅速转动锅让面糊均匀涂满锅底（图7）。用中火煎1-2分钟左右至表面没有生面糊（图8）.
5、翻转一面（图9）, 加1茶匙油, 煎1-2分钟至微黄（图10）, 即可盛出饼。趁热食用，唇齿留香. 如上煎好其他2块饼.
