6：盐1/6茶匙；
7：辣酱油膏1大匙，香油/2茶匙；

做法：
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁，放入所有2料（图1），用手抓捏2-3分钟（图2），静置10分钟。西芹洗净切丁待用.
2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙牛油果油或其他炒菜用油及辣油1大匙，放入姜丝，葱花，干辣椒及花椒粉炒香（图3），倒入芹菜丁翻炒几下，加盐1/6茶匙炒匀（图4）。
