【十八宝粥】

几年前开始,我和毛毛爸晚餐的主食只有杂粮粥了,有客人除外。今天就和大家分享我们家的十八宝粥。由于每天我也要上班,杂粮粥比较费时,因而 快煲电压力锅成了我生活中的必须品,煮粥很方便,不用待在厨房里看着,也快。这个十八宝粥是经过 渥太华名中医冷医生看过的,她说是很好的平和的养生粥。毛毛外公今年来我们这里,开始晚餐他需要些“干粮”,1个月后,他晚餐的主食也只有这个粥了,说是更健康。

用料:
1:花皮豆(Romano beans)1.5大匙,芡实1大匙;
2:珍珠麦(Pearl barley) 1大匙,黄小米1大匙,荞麦仁(Buckwheat) 1.5大匙,糙米(Brown rice) 2大匙;
3:干百合1大匙,红豆1大匙,莲子2大匙,绿豆1大匙,眉豆(Black eye beans)1大匙,玉米碎粒1大匙,红枣3-4粒;
4:紫薯或红薯半个200克,;
5:毛芋头(Eddoes)2个小的,200克去皮洗净切小丁;
6:奇雅子(Chia seeds)1大匙,藜麦(Quinoa)1大匙,燕麦2大匙。
做法:
1、花皮豆比较难煮,早上上班前将1料放水里泡上(图1)。下班后将所有1-3料放入电压力锅的内锅里(图2),冷水淘洗干净,将水加至5杯线(图3)。
2、毛芋头是这样的(图4),其貌不扬但很好吃哈。去皮洗净切小丁,将紫薯或红薯去皮洗净切小丁(图5),将它们放入内锅里,这时水会上升到6杯线多点点。

3、放入6料里的奇雅子,藜麦和燕麦(图6),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档30分钟(图7)。程序完成后冷却10分钟,放气打开盖子。
4、好吃又养生的粥就煮好了,可以吃了。
