【AirGo-蒜苗鱼饼】

用料:
1:三文鱼柳550克,
2:蒜苗8根(70克);
3:特大鸡蛋1个, 盐1/2 茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 花椒粉1/3茶匙, 干辣椒片2茶匙;
4:香油2茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙;
其他:
5: 牛油果油 或玉米油1大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、蒜苗去根, 剥去外面老皮, 洗净沥水(图1), 然后切碎(图2). 三文鱼切细丁, 用手抓捏1分钟(图3). 将三文鱼糜及蒜花, 全放入一盆里, 加所有3-4料(图4), 用勺子顺一个方向搅拌1-2分钟至馅粘稠待用(图5).

2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后加1大匙油刷匀, 快速用勺子舀大约3-4大匙的鱼馅(大约1/10的香料),分别放入锅里(图6), 盖上锅盖让程序进行.
3、程序进行到还有3-4分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子, 将鱼饼翻转一面(图7)盖上盖, 让程序完成.
4、程序结束, 即可盛出上桌了。鱼饼鲜嫩多汁非常好吃. 趁热食用,唇齿留香.
