【AirGo-香菇鸡块】

用料:
1:鸡腿7只650克;
2:金钱香菇25个,提前泡软洗净待用;
3:橄榄油1大匙;
4:葱2根,姜1小块10克切片;
5: 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙, 罗汉果糖1.5茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
6: 水1/3杯;
7:香油1/2茶匙(可以不放)。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇提前用水泡软,洗净待用。鸡腿洗干净沥水,斩小块待用待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,放1大匙油, 葱段及姜片(图1), 盖上锅盖. 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入鸡块(图2)炒几下, 盖上锅盖, 让程序进行. 中间翻炒几下.

3、等程序完成,打开盖子, 加香菇及5料的所有调味料(图3), 盖上盖. 用“Function”选“Base heat”, 然后选择380F及35分钟,点“Start”。
4、程序进行到一半, 加1/3 杯水, 盖上盖. 中间翻炒几次, 煮至汁浓(图4)。下香油兜匀即可出锅,真的好好吃。
