【虾干烧萝卜】

这个是蔬菜荤做，超级好吃下饭，不要错过啊。
用料:
1：白萝卜一条900克；
2：干虾干20粒；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙；葱花2大匙，姜2-3片，八角1粒，丁香2粒；
4：盐1/4茶匙，糖1/3茶匙， 生抽酱油 1.5大匙，头抽酱油1.5大匙，老抽酱油1.5大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、虾干提前冷水泡软（图1）沥水待用。萝卜削掉皮洗净沥水，切1厘米厚片，然后在切4-6等份（图2）
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入3料里葱花，姜片，八角及丁香，炒30秒（图3），放入泡好洗净的虾米翻炒30秒（图4）。
3、接着放入萝卜块（图5），翻炒几下。加所有4调料（图6），翻炒均匀。盖盖调中火煮几分钟（图7）至萝卜熟。
4、打开锅盖，再翻炒几下，煮至汁浓。淋下香油 1茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。
