用料:
1：里脊肉2片275克，头抽酱油1大匙，生粉1茶匙，水1大匙，盐1/4茶匙；
2：水芹菜175克；
3：干有机牛肝菌片30克；
4：牛油果油 或其他食用油2茶匙，蒜蓉1茶匙，葱花1大匙；
5：头抽酱油1大匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙；
6： 香油 1/2茶匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、有机牛肝菌片（图1）放水里泡软，洗净沥水待用（图2）。里脊肉洗净切薄片，放入剩余1了，抓捏2-3分钟（图3），静置10分钟。水芹菜摘去叶子，洗净切3厘米长段待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键，加2茶匙牛油果油到炒锅里，放入葱花蒜蓉（图4），用Function键选Manual键调整时间为60秒，盖上锅盖。
3、等Manual 60秒结束后，打开盖子，均匀放入肉片，接着放牛肝菌，芹菜及5料。盖上锅盖（图5），用Function键选Stir fry程序。
4、3分钟后Stir fry程序完成，打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油（图6），盖上盖子按下Toss键, 15秒钟后Toss程序完成，即可打开盖子，拿出炒锅，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
