【香菇腊肠干贝油饭】

今天做了毛毛最爱的一款油饭, 深受欢迎, 大家可以试试呀. 不得不提一下,今天用 快煲电压力锅“煮饭”的功能做了这个油饭,真是很方便,快捷,饭又好吃。

香菇干贝腊肠油饭 香菇腊肠干贝油

材料:

1:小干贝20粒,干香菇4朵;
2:腊肠2根, 红葱头2个;
3:橄榄油1大匙;
4:糯米1.5杯, 大米1杯, 水2.75杯, 用同一个量杯;
5: 万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙, 老抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙;
6:葱花2大匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、提前将干贝和香菇分别用水泡软。洗净香菇切丝,沥去泡干贝水待用。红葱头剥去皮切丁,香肠切片。
2、InstantPot 选Saute,用1大匙油炒香红葱头丁,放入香菇丝炒1分钟, 然后放干贝,腊肠炒1分钟。

3、米洗净后放入 快煲电压力锅里,然后放入剩余4-5料,加盖选煮饭(Rice)档,开启。
4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,我一般再等10分钟,放气减压打开盖,放入葱花拌匀就可以开饭了。
