吃了还想吃的【香辣凉拌意面】

做这个凉面用中国的面或意面都行，我这次偷懒不想自己擀面条，用意大利面来做个香辣凉拌意面，味道绝对好，带去爬梯或野餐都很棒。
1：意大利面条400克
2：盐1茶匙，油1茶匙；
调味汁：
3：橄榄油1大匙，葱花2大匙，姜蓉1茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙，花椒粉1/2茶匙；
4：辣油 1大匙，香油 1大匙；
5：盐1/2茶匙，生抽酱油 1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，醋1大匙，糖1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，老干妈香辣酱或蒜蓉辣椒王1大匙；
其他；
6：油炸花生1/4杯，葱花或香菜2大匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、大号锅里放大半锅水，放入2料，开大火将水煮开。放入意面（图1）再煮滚，调中小火煮10左右分钟至断生，意面沥水。
3、趁煮面的空档，不粘锅置炉上开小火，橄榄油1大匙，炒香剩余3料（图2）待用，大约1分钟。
4、煮好的意面沥水后，放一大盆里，加4料的油拌匀（图3），然后放入炒香的葱，姜，蒜（图4）。将所有5料放入拌匀。
5、将6料里的花生放入一塑料袋里（图5），用擀面杖敲碎（图6），连同2大匙葱花放入面里（图7），再拌匀就可以了。
