【拍黄瓜】
毛毛妈
拍黄瓜简单易做，爽口好吃，是夏天不可缺少的一个凉拌菜。我们家毛毛不吃辣，所以这个拍黄瓜没有放辣，蒜蓉又用油煎过就不辛辣，适合孩子们。
用料:
1：黄瓜一长条；
2：盐1/2茶匙；
3：橄榄油1.5茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
4： 鸡粉1/6茶匙，葡萄醋（balsamic vinegar）1茶匙，糖1/3茶匙，香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升
做法：
1、黄瓜稍微削去些皮，对切两半。盖上保鲜膜（图1），用大刀将黄瓜拍裂。这样在拍黄瓜的时候，汁水不会喷溅。拿掉保鲜膜，将黄瓜切小块（图2）。
2、切好的黄瓜放入一盘子里，加1/2茶匙盐（图3）拌匀，腌25分钟。腌出的汁水泌去不要。
3、小号不粘锅加1.5茶匙橄榄油，开中火。放入1大匙蒜蓉，煎炒30秒钟至有香味（图4）离火。
4、将煎好的蒜蓉连油倒入腌好的黄瓜上，拌入所有4料（图5），翻拌均匀，放冰箱冷藏2小时后食用。
