非常好吃的【鱼香土豆】

做了这个鱼香土豆，超级好吃，也不难做，但要有点耐心，亲们试试。
用料:
1：中号土豆4个（600克）；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙；红油 1大匙
3：葱花1.5大匙，姜茉1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，泡辣椒1大匙斩茸；
4：调味汁：米醋1大匙，糖4茶匙，头抽酱油 1大匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，盐1/3茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙, 糖4茶匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆削掉皮洗净沥水，沿长轴切3等份，每片切3等份，然后再切1厘米大小的粒（图1）。调味汁4料放一小碗中拌匀待用（图2）
2、 不粘锅，加橄榄油1.5大匙，置炉上开中火，放入土豆粒（图3）煎4-5分钟至底部黄，翻转身继续四面煎黄（图4）。
3、接着放入红油 1大匙和3料的葱花，姜茉，蒜蓉1大匙，泡辣椒1大匙斩茸（图5），轻轻翻炒均匀炒出香味。
4、下4料拌匀的调味汁，炒至汁浓，土豆绵软（图6），即可盛出即可上桌了。
