【油泼土豆丝】

夏日炎炎，做个这个油泼土豆丝，爽脆可口又简单易做，吃不停口。
1：土豆3个450克；
2：盐3/4茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白醋2茶匙；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙， sesame oil1.5茶匙，辣椒粉1茶匙；
4：葱花1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆去皮洗净切丝（图1），冷水冲洗后沥水待用。锅放大半锅水煮滚，放入土豆丝烫煮２０秒（图2），沥水后冲冷水（图３）沥水待用。
2、将土豆丝放入一干净的盆里，放入所有调味料２料拌匀（图4）。将土豆丝放入一干净盘子或碗里，撒上1茶匙葱花.
4、吃的时候可以再拌均匀。
