绝对好吃的【葱油凉拌意面】+简易辣油

有时候偷懒不想自己擀面条，用意大利通心粉来做个葱油凉拌意面，味道绝对好，带去爬梯或野餐都很棒。
1：意大利通心粉半包250克
2：盐1茶匙，油1茶匙；
3：白芝麻1.5大匙；
葱油汁：
4：橄榄油1大匙，葱花4大匙，姜蓉1.5茶匙；
5：盐1/2茶匙，万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙，葡萄醋1.5大匙，蜂蜜1.5茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，香油1大匙；辣油1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙。
简易辣油：
6：葱2条洗净切段，姜一小块切片，大料1粒，丁香2-3粒，小茴香1/2茶匙，白芝麻1大匙，干辣椒片1/4杯，辣椒粉（paprika）3大匙；
7：菜油或玉米油1.5杯。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
简易辣油：
1、将6料里的葱段和姜片先放入一小锅里，中火将葱姜的水汽烤干，放入剩余的6料（图1），再加入7料1.5杯菜油（图2），中火煮开，转小火熬煮20分钟（图3）。冷凉后，捞去葱姜大料不要，将油倒入一干净干燥的玻璃瓶里（图4），待辣椒片沉淀后，将上层辣椒油转入另一干净玻璃瓶里，放冰箱保存，随吃随用。
凉拌意面：
2、大号锅里放大半锅水，放入2料，开大火将水煮开。放入意面（图5）再煮滚，调中小火煮10左右分钟至断生，意面沥水。
3、趁煮面的空档，不粘锅置炉上开小火，放入1.5大匙生芝麻（图6），炒至芝麻微黄待用。
