【金钩莴笋】

毛毛爸和毛毛最近一次从国内回来买到了非常好的金钩小虾米干，味道纯正，很鲜美。用它来炒莴笋丝，非常快速又美味的一个菜。
用料:
1：莴笋2条500克；
2：干金钩小虾米1.5大匙；
3：自制辣油1.5大匙，葱花1.5大匙；
4：黑醋1茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前将干虾米用冷水水泡软，然后沥水待用。莴笋削去外皮切细丝待用（图1）。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加辣油1.5大匙，放入葱花及泡软的虾米（图2）炒约1-2分钟至出香味。
3、然后放入莴笋丝（图3）翻炒30秒，依次下所有4料（图3），翻炒均匀就可以出锅了。
