糖醋藕丁

糖醋藕丁, 爽口又好吃. 用 罗汉果糖不含热量, 糖尿病人可以吃啊.

用料:
1:藕625克;
2: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1大匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜蓉1茶匙.
3: 糖醋汁: 意大利葡萄醋2大匙, 罗汉果糖2 大匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 盐1/4茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 水2大匙, 生粉1茶匙;
4: 香油 1/2茶匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、藕削去皮(图1), 水里冲洗下, 横切成0.5厘米厚片, 再切小丁(图2)。将糖醋汁所有调味料放一碗里拌匀待用(图3).
2、炒锅锅置炉子上, 大中火, 加1大匙油, 加2料里的葱花及蒜蓉炒30秒(图4),放入藕丁, 翻炒1-2分钟(图5).

3、然后倒入糖醋汁再炒30秒(图6).
4、淋下香油 1/2茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。
