【冻豆腐冬瓜排骨汤】

收到了最新款七功能的快煲电压力锅很开心。锅底造型更流畅美观，且比旧款的锅轻。正好买了大包脊骨用它煮了汤。用了一半的骨头汤做了这个冻豆腐冬瓜排骨汤，很得领导的青睐。
用料:
1：猪脊骨500克，水5杯；
2：豆腐一盒700克；
3：冬瓜740克；
4：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，姜片2-3片；
5：盐2茶匙，黑胡椒1/4茶匙；
6：香菜2颗，洗净切丁。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、前一天，猪脊骨热水洗净放入电压力锅内胆里（图1），加水5杯，盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，选【手动】档35分钟（图2）。程序完成后冷却10分钟，放气打开盖子。将盛排骨汤的内锅小心拿出冷凉，最好放入冰箱过夜，将上面的油脂捞出丢弃。同时将豆腐放冰冻箱中冻过夜，第二天拿出解冻。
2、冬瓜去皮去瓤切片（图3），解冻的豆腐也切片（图4）。 不粘锅加油1大匙，置炉上开中火，放入4料里的葱花和姜片（图5）炒香，然后放入冬瓜片和豆腐片（图6）。
3、接着放入去油的排骨及汤（图7），大火煮滚后，调中小火，放入5料的调味，煮15分钟至冬瓜软身（图8）。将冻豆腐冬瓜排骨汤分盛到小碗中，撒上些香菜粒就可以了
