【剁椒土豆丝】

大家一定要试试这个剁椒土豆丝，超级好吃哈。
1：土豆3个450克;
2：干黑木耳5克，用水泡发后洗净；
3：橄榄油1大匙，剁椒1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花1大匙，姜末1茶匙；
4：镇江香醋2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，生抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙；
5：鸡粉1/6茶匙，香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆去皮洗净切丝（图1），冷水冲洗后沥水待用。剁椒斩碎（图2），黑木耳切丝待用。
2、不粘锅加1大匙油，置炉上开大火，炒香剩余的3料（图3），再下土豆丝及黑木耳丝翻炒几下（图4）。
3、依次放入调味料4，快速兜炒均匀至土豆刚刚断生，然后淋下香油和鸡粉兜匀出锅。
