【家常豆腐】

这款家常豆腐简单容易做，而且好吃下饭。
用料:
1：老豆腐一盒700克；
2：干虾米2大匙，用水泡发后洗净待用；
3：黑木耳一把10克，用水泡发后洗净待用；
4：橄榄油3大匙，姜末1.5茶匙，葱花1大匙；
5：厨酒1茶匙，生抽酱油1.5大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，水1/4杯，盐1/2茶匙；
6：鸡粉1/6茶匙，香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙tbsp =15毫升，1茶匙tsp =5毫升，1杯 cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、老豆腐用水冲洗后沥水，每块切成3等份。不粘锅加2大匙油，置炉上开大火，放入豆腐煎黄。翻转再煎黄另一面（图1），盛出待用。
2、原锅再放1大匙油，放入葱姜末炒香，放入泡好的虾米（图2）炒1分钟，再放入黑木耳翻炒几下（图3）。
3、依次放入调味料5，然后放入煎好的豆腐（图4），煮滚后，盖上盖调中小火煮几分钟。
4、然后调大中火，打开盖收汁，最后淋下香油和鸡粉兜匀出锅。
