【玉米面发糕】

家里还有不少玉米面，做了这个玉米面发糕，当早餐挺不错。
1：中筋粉1/2杯（80克），玉米面粉（corn flour）1/2杯（67克），白糖3大匙（42克），泡打粉1/2茶匙；
2：酵母3/4茶匙；
3：水1/2杯+3大匙（162克）；
4：葡萄干1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、将所有1和2料放入盆中拌匀（图1)，然后放入3料的水（图2），用勺子搅拌到均匀无颗粒。
2、将面糊放入内壁涂了少许油的玻璃容器里（图3），保湿放在温暖的地方发至2倍大，撒上1大匙葡萄干（图4）。
3、放微波炉叮3-4分钟，每家微波炉功率不同，时间要调整。用牙签插入后拿出是干净的即是熟了。

Hey, I think your website might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, awesome blog!
