多味小墨鱼

这个凉热都可以吃。
用料:
1：冰冻小墨鱼900克，洗净备用。
2：葱1条切段，姜片3片，绍酒1大匙。
3：香菜2颗洗净切小粒，红尖辣椒2个去籽洗净切末，蒜蓉1.5大匙，姜末1茶匙，葱花1大匙。
4：菜油或橄榄油1大匙，绍酒1大匙，香油1大匙，万字牌生抽酱油3大匙，番茄酱2大匙，糖1大匙，镇江香醋1大匙，盐1/3茶匙，鸡精1/4茶匙（可以不放）。
做法：
炒锅加大半锅水放入葱段，姜3片和绍酒1大匙，置炉上开大火煮滚，调小火放入洗净的墨鱼划散，烫熟墨鱼（大概1分钟）捞出沥水。另起锅加菜油或橄榄油1大匙，炒香蒜蓉，姜末和辣椒末，关火后倒入所有的剩余4料拌匀成汁，淋到煮好的墨鱼上，拌匀即可食用。
口味很不错。
