如豆腐一样嫩滑–【鸡蛋羹】

蒸蛋羹在我们家是有安慰作用的，有时大小领导看牙医后，往往会个蒸蛋羹给他们。
用料:
1：鸡蛋1个。
2：盐1/3茶匙，温水150毫升
3：香油1茶匙，万字牌生抽酱油1茶匙，葱花1茶匙。
做法：
1、鸡蛋加盐1/3茶匙打散，然后加温水打均匀（图1）。
2、蛋汁过滤到小碗中（图2），用保鲜膜封住，然后在膜上扎一小洞（图3）。
3、入蒸笼大火蒸15分钟（图4）。拿出蒸好的鸡蛋羹，淋下香油，酱油，撒上葱花即可。
看看蛋羹非常细腻，嫩滑。
