【AirGo之辣椒酿肉】

今天用了爱锅的空气炸锅的功能做了这个干炸辣椒酿肉,效果非常好。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。

用料:
1:黄色彩椒4个250克;
2:冰冻带壳中号白虾12个;
3:瘦猪肉馅150克(extra lean ground pork);
4:葱花1大匙,姜蓉1/2茶匙,头抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,水1大匙;
5:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
6:葱花2茶匙,蚝油1大匙,头抽酱油2茶匙,水2大匙;
7:香油1茶匙 。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、彩椒对切成2半(图1),去籽洗净沥水待用。白虾放冷水里软化,去肠去壳洗净沥水。虾仁切小丁放入一碗中,加所有3-4料(图2)搅拌均匀待用。将虾肉馅均匀酿在辣椒里面(图3)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及14分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油及酿好的辣椒半,皮朝下(图4),盖上锅盖。

3、程序进行到一半,打开盖子,反转一面(图5),盖上盖继续。等还有2分钟时,放入5-6料,搅拌几下(图6),盖上锅盖,让程序进行。
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。
