 干烧千张Beancurd sheet and dried shrimp stir fry

用料:
1:千张一代(300克);
2:虾米1.5大匙;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙,葱花2大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,辣椒酱2茶匙;
4:盐1/2茶匙,头抽酱油1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,水1/2杯;
5:香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、千张冲洗干净,沥水切0.8厘米宽8厘米长的条(图1),葱花蒜蓉切好待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1.5大匙油。放入虾米,葱花,蒜末及辣椒酱(图2),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟,程序自动进行。

3、程序结束,打开盖子,放入千张及所有4料(图3)。用Function键选saute,3秒后,再按+键增加时间到7分钟,程序自动进行。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,放入1茶匙香油,盖上盖按下Toss搅拌均匀。结束有打开盖,煮好的千张放入一盘子里上桌。
