【无糖葱香蛋糕】

过去时不时的有亲来问,毛毛妈有适合糖尿病人吃的蛋糕吗?虽然过去也做过肉松蛋糕但也没有做到完全无糖。疫情期间看到群里做面包,蛋糕的多起来,但糖吃多了也不好。开发了这款完全无糖还有红葱头的健康蛋糕。整个蛋糕才1/3杯面粉,低卡了,蛋糕湿润绵软,领导大赞,大家也放心吃吧。

用料:
1:低筋面粉(cake & pastry flour)50克(1/3杯), 泡打粉(baking powder)1/3茶匙,用叉子拌匀备用;
2:特大号鸡蛋的蛋白4个,1/2茶匙白醋;
3:特大号鸡蛋的蛋黄4个,牛油果油3大匙(40克),水3大匙(45克);
4:红葱头2个切碎,牛油果油1大匙;
5:葱4根, 只用绿色部分;
6:腊肠半根(20克)切细丁;
7: ½ 茶匙盐,1/3茶匙鸡粉。
345F 烤33-34分钟。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
