沙茶鸡翼

用料:
1：鸡翅中段和上段翅700克，洗净沥水。
2：绍酒1大匙，水1杯，生抽酱油1大匙，老抽2大匙，糖1大匙。
3：橄榄油2大匙，葱1根洗净切段，姜片3片，八角1粒，丁香1粒。
4：牛头牌沙茶酱1大匙。
做法：
不沾锅，置炉上开大火，加2大匙橄榄油，放入葱段，姜片，八角和丁香炒香，然后下鸡翅炒至焦香。喷入1大匙绍酒，然后依次放入剩余的2料煮滚，调中小火，加盖焖煮35分钟(图D)。
调大中火稍微收汁，放入沙茶酱兜匀即可。
