【炒三丁】

用料:
1：里脊肉1块（120克），生粉1/2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙，水1.5茶匙；
2：五香豆干1包（350克），新鲜蚕豆米一杯165克；
3：长的青辣椒1个（55克）；
4：牛油果油2大匙，辣豆瓣酱1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
5： 头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽1大匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，盐1.3茶匙，红糖1/4茶匙；
6：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁，放入所有2料，用手抓捏2-3分钟（图1），静置10分钟。青辣椒去籽洗净，切丁. 豆干冲洗后，切丁待用.
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，放入肉丁（图2）. 盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，3秒后程序自动进行，再按-键减少时间到2分钟，程序自动进行。程序结束盛出肉丁待用。
3、锅里再加1大匙油，放入葱花，蒜蓉，及辣豆瓣酱（图3），倒入豆干丁，蚕豆仁，辣椒丁（图4）。盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序。
4、程序结束后，打开锅盖（图5），放入所有5料，再盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序，3秒后程序自动进行，再按+键增加时间到4分钟。程序进行到还剩1分钟时，从侧面打开盖子，放入1/2茶匙香油和炒好的肉丁（图6），盖上盖子。
5、程序结束后，盛出炒好的三丁就可以上桌了。
