【煎汁鸡排】

用料:
1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉8块680克,盐1/2茶匙,生抽1大吃,老抽1大匙,生粉2茶匙,糖1.5茶匙;
2:牛油果油2大匙;
3:面粉1/2杯,白芝麻2茶匙;
4:葱花2大匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,红糖2茶匙,水2/3杯。
5:生粉1茶匙,水1大匙拌匀。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、上班之前或头天晚上,抽掉鸡肉里面的细小血管,洗净后用纸巾擦干,放入一塑料袋或盒子里,加剩余1料拌匀(图1),冰箱里储存。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热。鸡肉放入一塑料袋及1/2杯面粉,封口抖一抖(图2)。锅里放1大匙油,将裹了面粉的鸡排抖掉多余的粉后放入4快鸡排到锅里(图3),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Manual,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到3.5分钟,程序自动进行。

3、等程序结束后,打开盖子,撒上1茶匙芝麻,翻转鸡排(图4),盖上盖子,用Function键选Manual,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到3分钟,程序自动进行。
4、等程序结束后,打开盖子,拿出煎好的鸡排,重复以上步骤煎好另外一鸡排。加所有4料,用Function键选Stir Fry, 等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按+键将时间增加到5分钟,等水开后大约3-4分钟,打开盖子加5料(图5)。
5、放入煎好的鸡排,盖上盖子,让程序继续(图6)。等程序结束后打开盖子(图4),盛出来就可以上桌了。
