【煎酱香小里脊】

CostCo 小里脊本周降价, 买了一包. 切片用甜面酱加四川豆瓣酱腌了30分钟, 用平底锅煎的, 非常入味又嫩, 领导很喜欢.

用料:
1:猪小里脊肉(Pork tender loin)一条(575克);
2:头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 甜面酱1大匙,盐1/4茶匙, 罗汉果糖 1茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 香油1茶匙;
3: 面粉2/3杯.
4: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油2大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、猪里脊肉去掉外面的白膜, 洗净沥水, 切1厘米厚的片(图1),放入一盆里, 加所有2料(图2)拌匀(图3),腌30分钟。

2、放入面粉(图4)拌匀, 使肉片均匀沾上面粉. 不粘锅置炉上开中火,放入4料里的油。将裹上粉的里脊肉片抖掉多余的粉后,放入煎锅(图5).
3、煎大约4-5分钟至表面金黄, 翻转一面(图6) 继续煎3-4分钟至金黄, 即可盛出来, 就可上桌啦。
