用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁1包454克；
2：冰冻玉米粒1杯；
3：葱花4大匙，姜末1茶匙
4：盐3/4茶匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，十三香粉或黑胡椒1/6茶匙，香油1茶匙，蚝油1大匙，鸡蛋1只；
5：面粉1/2杯，生粉1大匙，水3大匙；
6：牛油果油 1大匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠洗净，挤去水，切丁（图1）。玉米粒在微波炉加热2分钟待用。将葱花姜末放入一大碗里（图2），放入虾仁粒，玉米粒及所有4-5料拌匀（图3）待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Grill”然后选择420F及13分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1大匙油刷匀，用勺子舀1.5大匙的玉米虾仁面糊入锅，每个之间留些空间（图4），盖上锅盖，让程序继续。
3、程序进行到提醒翻转时，打开盖子（图5），将玉米虾饼翻转一面（图6），盖上盖继续。
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌，配点米饭吃很棒。如果一锅煎不下，重复煎第二锅.
