用料:
1：扁豆一代340克；
2：猪肉馅200g（Costco, extra lean ground pork），葱花2大匙，姜末1/2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙， 香油 1茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，十三香粉或白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，生粉1茶匙，老抽酱油1茶匙，头抽酱油1茶匙，水2大匙；
3：牛油果油 1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙；
4：头抽酱油1大匙，水1大匙；
5：蚝油1大匙，香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、扁豆摘去两头，洗净切2厘米段（图1）待用。取一干净的小盆，放入所有2料，用一筷子顺一个方向搅拌均匀，至馅上劲即可。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及14分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1大匙油，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，扁豆及1/4盐拌匀（图2），盖上锅盖（图3），让程序继续。
3、程序进行到大半，提醒翻转时，打开盖子，放入4料搅拌几下（图4），再放入肉馅搅拌几下（图5），盖上盖继续。等还有2分钟时，放入5料（图6），搅拌几下，盖上锅盖，让程序进行。
4、等程序完成，搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌，配点米饭吃很棒。
