【AirGo之虾米冬瓜】

用料:
1:冬瓜1000克;
2:干虾米2大匙;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,辣椒酱1大匙;
4:盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/4茶匙;
5:头抽酱油1大匙;
6:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、干虾米提前水里泡软(图1)沥水待用。冬瓜皮去籽洗净沥,切2厘米长宽0.3厘米厚片(图2)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及14分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油,及葱花,蒜蓉,辣椒酱和虾米(图3),盖上锅盖,30秒分钟后放入冬瓜片拌匀(图4),盖上锅盖让程序继续。

3、程序进行到还剩6分钟或听到翻转提示,打开盖子,放入4和5料,搅拌几下(图5),盖上盖继续。
4、等还有1分钟时,放入6料(图6),搅拌几下,盖上锅盖,让程序进行。等程序完成,搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。
