用料:
1: 海青班鱼一包（Sea bass）3条，2500克；
2: 蒜蓉1大匙, 生抽酱油 3大匙, 盐1/2 茶匙, 十三香粉1/2茶匙, 香油 1茶匙.
3: 面粉3/4杯;
4: 牛油果油 2大匙;
5: 烤盘纸一块.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、提前一天将海青班鱼（图1）收拾干净，切3厘米厚片，放入一塑料袋里，加入所有2料拌匀（图2），封口冰箱里腌过夜，第二天早上翻转塑料袋一面。
2、当天下班回来，将腌鱼的汁沘去不用, 放入3料面粉（图3），封口抖一抖，让面粉均匀裹住鱼块. 将鱼块抖掉多余的面粉，放到烤盘纸上（图4）.
3、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及24分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后, 打开盖子, 放入烤盘粒, 均匀撒上2大匙的油到鱼块上, 盖上盖子让程序继续(图5).
4、烤10-12分钟后, 打开盖子，将鱼块翻转一面（图6）, 盖上锅盖. 再烤4-5分钟, 再翻转到没有炸过的一面. 最后剩3分钟, 再翻转炸好最后一面。
5、程序结束, 鱼盛出来就可以上桌啦, 非常好吃。
