【AirGo-空炸海清斑】

特别喜欢海清斑鱼, 最近Costco也有卖了. 爱锅AirGo的空气炸锅功能太给力了, 一次3条鱼都可以, 且没有油烟, 又方便。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。

用料:
1: 海青班鱼一包(Sea bass)3条,2500克;
2: 蒜蓉1大匙, 生抽酱油 3大匙, 盐1/2 茶匙, 十三香粉1/2茶匙, 香油 1茶匙.
3: 面粉3/4杯;
4: 牛油果油 2大匙;
5: 烤盘纸一块.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、提前一天将海青班鱼(图1)收拾干净,切3厘米厚片,放入一塑料袋里,加入所有2料拌匀(图2),封口冰箱里腌过夜,第二天早上翻转塑料袋一面。
2、当天下班回来,将腌鱼的汁沘去不用, 放入3料面粉(图3),封口抖一抖,让面粉均匀裹住鱼块. 将鱼块抖掉多余的面粉,放到烤盘纸上(图4).

3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及24分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后, 打开盖子, 放入烤盘粒, 均匀撒上2大匙的油到鱼块上, 盖上盖子让程序继续(图5).
4、烤10-12分钟后, 打开盖子,将鱼块翻转一面(图6), 盖上锅盖. 再烤4-5分钟, 再翻转到没有炸过的一面. 最后剩3分钟, 再翻转炸好最后一面。
5、程序结束, 鱼盛出来就可以上桌啦, 非常好吃。
