这次华人超市买的苦瓜特别新鲜, 做了这个糖醋酿苦瓜, 领导大赞, 好吃停不了口了. 肉馅咸香味美, 苦瓜有糖醋汁裹着, 非常好吃, 一点都不苦. 夏天, 老人孩子们也可以吃.

用料:
肉馅:
1: 瘦猪肉糜200克;
2: 葱一根, 姜2克;
3: 香油1茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 生粉1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙, 白胡椒粉1/8茶匙;
其他:
4:苦瓜2条425克, 粗点的好;
5:牛油果油或其他油 2茶匙, 葱花1茶匙;
糖醋汁:
6:糖1大匙, 意大利葡萄醋2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,水1/3杯(80克),生粉1茶匙, 香油1茶匙, 盐1/4茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
