【糟毛豆】

很合适party的凉菜。用 InstantPot做很方便。想要 InstantPot七十道美味菜点连接购买。
用料:
1：冰冻毛豆一包（454克），如果有新鲜的就更好了；
2： 上海宝鼎糟卤（辣的） 2杯。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、毛豆减去两头（图1），冲洗干净沥水（图2）。
2、将毛豆放入InstantPot的内锅里，加2杯水（图3），盖上锅盖，高压煮5分钟。
3、程序完成后等2分钟，放气后打开锅盖，泌去水（图4）。放入2杯糟卤（图5），到高压锅内锅里（图6），盖上玻璃盖冰箱冷藏2小时。
4、滤掉卤汁，糟毛豆就可以吃了。
