【红油炒藕丁】

用料:
1：藕两节（625克）；
2：辣椒油 1.5大匙，香辣豆豉酱1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，
3：盐3/4茶匙；
4：葡萄醋1大匙1大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、藕去皮去两头切小丁（图1），水冲洗下沥水待用（图2）。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Stir fry”然后选择420F及10分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后锅放入1.5大匙辣椒油，香辣豆豉酱1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，最后放入藕丁（图4），用自动炒勺。盖上锅盖，让程序继续（图4）。
3、程序进行一半后，打开锅盖放入3和4料（图5）, 再盖上盖。等程序完成，打开盖子，盛出炒好的藕丁就可上桌了。
