【老醋凉粉】

用料:
1：纯绿豆淀粉1/2杯，水3.5杯；
2：牛油果油或橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
3：香菜1-2颗，去根洗净切丁；
调味汁：
4：葡萄醋1.5大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，盐1/2茶匙，红糖1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5：香油1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、纯绿豆淀粉和1料的水放一盆里拌匀（图1）。【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后。倒入淀粉水（图2），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Manual，3秒后，再按+键增加时间到6分钟，程序自动进行。
2、程序结束，再按Toss 键，完成后，打开盖子（图3），将煮好的凉粉倒入一玻璃饭盒里，盖盖室温静置6小时（图4）。
3、取出成型的凉粉切条放一碗中（图5），将所有4料和5料放一小碗中拌匀待用（图6）。炒菜机的内锅洗净，按开关键预热后，倒入1大匙油，放入所有2料和3料，盖上盖。用Function键选StirFry程序，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟，程序自动进行（图7）。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，将炒好的葱花，蒜蓉香菜油倒在凉粉上（图8），再浇上调味汁，拌匀即可上桌了。
