【胡萝卜虾饼】

1:冰冻白虾1包454克;
2: 小胡萝卜100克, 葱两根, 红葱头2个(80克);
3:特大鸡蛋1个, 盐1/3 茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙, 头抽酱油2茶匙;
4:生粉1大匙, 面粉3大匙;
5: 香油1茶匙;
6: 牛油果油 2大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻(图1),去壳去肠。冷水中抓洗干净,挤去水,切小丁(图2)待用。葱去根洗净切葱花, 红葱头去皮, 冷水冲下切小丁, 胡萝卜切小丁放一盆里(图3).
2、虾仁丁放盆里, 加所有3-5料(图4). 用勺子拌均匀待用(图5)。

3、不粘锅置炉上开中小火,放2大匙油,油热后,用勺子舀大约2大匙的面糊,分别放入锅里(图6)煎3-4分钟, 翻转一面再煎2-3, 两面都煎黄即可。
4、鲜嫩味美好吃呀。
