【腐乳干丝】

用腐乳干烧了这个豆干丝, 挺好吃的呀.

用料:
1: 豆干丝1包270克,冲洗沥水备用;;
2: 红腐乳1小块, 甜面酱1大匙, 水1/2 杯;
3: 牛油果油 1大匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜片2茶匙,;
4: 头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 辣椒酱1茶匙;
5: 香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、豆干丝水冲洗沥水切大段 (图1). 将腐乳和甜面酱放一小碗里 (图2), 用叉子压碎腐乳加入1/2 杯水拌匀 (图3).
2、不粘锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大中火,炒香3料里的葱花和蒜蓉 (图4), 下豆干丝翻炒1-2分钟 (图5)。

3、放入所有5料(图6), 翻炒几下, 然后盖盖煮几分钟, 烧至汁将干, 加1茶匙香油炒匀, 即可出锅.
