这个葱头虾仁,好吃极了,值得一试。

 葱头虾仁Shallot and Shrimp stir fry

用料:
1:红葱头2个;
2:冰冻白虾仁1包454克;
3:盐1/2茶匙,生粉1茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,香油1茶匙;
4:牛油果油 1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜末1茶匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
5:蚝油1大匙, 鸡粉 1/6茶匙,糖1/4茶匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、红葱头剥去皮,切小丁(图1)。冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠。冷水中抓洗干净,挤去水,放入一碗中,加3料拌匀(图2)待用。
2、锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大中火,放入4料炒香(图3),然后放入红葱头丁(图4),翻炒30秒。

3、加虾仁(图5),炒至虾仁变色(大约2分钟),加剩余5料(图6),翻炒均匀。即可出锅了。虾仁很嫩,很好吃。
